The sun was beatiful when 6d first arriveed at Howick beach for our first session for waterwise on Monday morning. I couldn't wait to get out of the Waka van. Mr Nicolls was waiting for us with the rest of the class. I couldn't wait to get started!
Straight away I went to get a life jacket from the boat shed. It was like I was in a huge running race with Tonia. Wow shes fast ! Shes as quick as a shooting star racing to get to mars. Putting on a life jacket felt like someone was standing on my stomach! And it stunk like a toilet. After that I listened to Mr Nicolls talk about saftey. I learnt that we always have to wear foot wearin the water. It was very interesting ............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Green - The green grass racing over my shoe while I ran amongst the beautiful flowers. Brown - The muddy dirt I chucked away to put the plant in the hole. Yellow - The bright hot sun hitting the tip of our heads as we eat our yummy sausages and drink. Blue - The beautiful sky that comes on this lovely day as I trotted along to another plant to plant!
